 It's very simple.
UPC has only three positions:
Affiliate
Affiliated Partner
Stockholder (Owner!) |
In addition to earning up-front and residual commissions on purchases made from their own Affiliate portals, Affiliated Partners earn up-front bonuses from the sales of Affiliates that they enroll. The Stockholder position earns higher up-front, residual commissions AND earns additional bonuses on ALL sales made within their Affiliate network. Both Affiliated Partners and Stockholders earn residual, network commissions that Affiliates do not earn.
BECOME AN AFFILIATED PARTNER – To become an Affiliated Partner you simply purchase or sell one Website Pro directly from your FREE Affiliate Portal. That’s it. With a single Website Pro purchase or sale from your Affiliate Portal you are promoted to Affiliated Partner and you are now in a position to earn a $100 up-front Enroller bonus for each Website Pro purchased through an Affiliate Portal belonging to any UPC Affiliate you have personally enrolled. Additional residual commissions are described below.
BECOME A STOCKHOLDER – There are three ways to become a Stockholder:
- If you are already an Affiliated Partner, you simply sell OR purchase any combination of three additional Website Pros from your free Affiliate Portal or your Website Pro.
OR
- If you are already an Affiliated Partner, you enroll three Affiliates that each become an Affiliated Partner.
OR
- If you are not yet an Affiliated Partner, you can become a Stockholder by personally enrolling four Affiliates who each become an Affiliated Partner.
Upon promotion to Stockholder you earn overrides on ALL the sales in your network. That’s right! You’ll never be completely cut out of ANY sale in your network. Down the road, that will be one of the most important features of this program. But first, let’s look at what’s available immediately upon promotion to Stockholder.
Instead of the $100 up-front commission earned on each Website Pro purchase made through your Affiliate Portal, you now earn $250. One Website Pro purchase each month from your Affiliate Portal would put an extra $3000 in your bank account each year!
As a Stockholder, you also earn bonuses and overrides on all purchase made at Affiliate Portals or your Website Pro within your network. When someone buys a Website Pro from the Affiliate Portal of any Affiliate you have personally enrolled (who has not also been promoted to Stockholder), you receive a $200 Enroller bonus.
Here’s the thing you want to notice: Affiliates, Affiliated Partners and Stockholders are getting paid at different rates for doing the same thing. An Affiliate enrolls another Affiliate who buys a Website Pro and earns nothing. An Affiliated Partner does the exact same thing and earns $100 while a Stockholder earns $200. The choice is obvious: get promoted as quickly as you can!
What happens when the Affiliates you enroll start enrolling other Affiliates? Let’s say, you enrolled Jane as an Affiliate and Jane enrolled Buddy. As a Stockholder, you would earn a $100 Stockholder “override” from Buddy’s sale. And if Buddy enrolled Gary who bought his own Website Pro, you’d earn a $100 override on his purchase as well. In fact, as a Stockholder you would continue to earn that $100 override on every single Website Pro sale in your entire enrolled network to infinity until one of those Affiliates in that sequence is promoted to Stockholder.
What happens when one of those Affiliates becomes a Stockholder? Now you earn a $25 Stockholder override on every Website Pro purchased at that Stockholder's Portal and on every Website Pro purchased in that Stockholder’s enrolled network to infinity until the next Stockholder.
When another Affiliate in the Enrollment sequence becomes a Stockholder, you’ll still earn a bonus! Due to an ingenious “Builder Bonus” you’ll never be “blocked” from earning some override on ALL sales in your network. The Builder Bonus is an additional $25 override that gets divided among all the Stockholder positioned above and “beyond” the reach of the other overrides. This feature could translate into significant retirement income for those who build substantial networks.
